How can I pay?

We accept PayPal. After your payment has been made successfully, you can log into the member area to download the templates.

What are the benefits of joining as a club member?

By joining as a Joomla! or WordPress club member you can download all existing themes of the respective club. All updates and new versions are free of charge as long as your membership is active and renewed. Enjoy one new premium theme for Joomla and WordPress and the priority support.

Can I test a template before purchasing?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a trial products, but we have Lite or Free versions. But you can see all of our Joomla! products as a live in our demo server. Beside we strongly suggest to install and test our free themes.

Can I still use the templates after my membership expires?

Yes, you can use templates according to terms, but you won't have access to updates and download section. We strongly recommend you to renew your membership. To sweeten the deal, we provide a loyalty discount of 10 to 20% for each renewal. However, the number of templates you are entitled to use on concurrent sites however does not change.

Can I use ThemeParrot products for my clients?

Yes, you can use our products to build websites for your clients. We in fact encourage you to use our themes to jumpstart your project instead of building everything from scratch. And please note that each membership plan have different domain limits.

What is Quickstart pack?

A quickstart is basically a fully functional and entire Joomla! / WordPress instance containing the entire CMS, modules, plugins and the theme with all the configurations and sample data that we use on the demo site. By using the quickstart, you exactly get a copy of the demo site :-) .

I paid but I am not able to login or download!

Just log out and the login. Sometimes browser cache might not have been refreshed. If still not there, don't worry. Contact us with your purchase information. We will have it sorted out as soon as possible.

Can I modify your Templates and/or remove the footer links?

Yes, you can modify them as much as you like. You can completely remove all links. However, keep the copyright and GPL license information in the XML and PHP files :-)

If I’m not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?

You can get a full refund within 7 business days starting from the day of your purchase. Before purchase please read terms and conditions or Contact Us if you need further information.

Can I upgrade (or downgrade) my plan if needed?

Yes. You can. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate the upgrade process.

Can I share my username and password with others?

No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

Do your subscriptions auto-renew?

Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each payment is a one off payment and you can continue to use the Joomla / WordPress themes on your site even after your subscription has expired.

Can you help me customize my site?

Our themes, plugins and modules have a built-in settings page that allows you to easily make basic modifications. We will be glad to assist you with small modifications which only involves issuing few lines of code. But we cannot offer you an extensive customisations.
